Land Berry Smoothie!

Super Smoothies - Part 1: Land

This smoothie is made from only land berries. Pretty much anything named berry will work fine; black, straw, rasp, blue. Use one banana, and pretty much any type of milk. And you are good to go!

Its best to cut the amount of greens lower in this smoothie, compared to the tropical smoothie.

Tropical Smoothie!

This is one of my only 2 main smoothies. I call them just land and sand. If you always mix up either only tropical ingredients, or just land berries; you will always come out with a good smoothie.

Well its still possible I guess to mess up any smoothie.. Its really not that easy and takes a lot of practice. No matter how good you get however, you will still mess up.. And if you are like me, you might not be able to afford to pass it up!

I am the milk connoisseur! I don't usually have this many milks all the time but wish I could afford it! It is great to mix up a variety of milks..

They all blend together perfect! Whether they are dairy or non-dairy does not matter. It is a very quick and nutritious boost; for people with such time consuming food preparation

Aspartame; The Unfunded Liability Stopper

Aspartame was created as a sugar substitute we know this.. But did we also know that it was denied for  at least 10 years because it annihilated all lab animals who ingested it? But once times changed, it was able to get through.

 Money talks guys. Now they promote it like crazy, and they are even trying to put it into all things that might not even need any sugar what so ever. Yes, I want aspartame with my thai food!

There are almost certainly numerous negative health effects caused by the ingestion of aspartame. I believe it increases brain cancers, and can cause mental episodes similar to alzheimer's; among many things. I prefer to not use it ever, and suggest you do the same!

I really do eat this stuff almost everyday. Ive also started to add oats which I found non-gmo project boxes, for just 50 cents.. It is unbelievable no one wants this stuff! 

Do you all eat "strange" stuff like this and have your family and friends think you are crazy too?

Recycled Radioactive Waste in Consumer Products?

The US Government wants to legalize putting radioactive waste into consumer products. They say it is just for seat belts and other things, but with the current trend in depopulation underway..

       I believe they will, or have already put it into pants buttons and zippers! I actually do believe it is already in these as well as lighters. I can feel the radiation coming from the metal part of the  cheap, china made lighters.

How to Keep Organic Waste Indoors for Composting

I got this plastic tub which I use just for compostable organic waste.. It is quite useful. Before that I would save up old cardboard boxes from cereal and such.. and throw each one in there with all the stuff in it. This is much better!

Organic waste is by far the easiest and most valuable thing that people throw away; which can be easily re-used or recycled.

Fluoride is Disgusting

       I think it is great. I do not drink any other water and try to bring gallons of water on vacation now, it is that good. I took an LED light and shined it through a glass of tap water, and filtered water; you could literally see a difference! Im really not trying to sell you anything, get a berkey fine by me. Fluoride really is terrible for your brain function mainly. It makes you docile and incapable of doing something extraordinary.

      Other chemicals such as radiation, mercury and arsenic give you more immediate health concerns which provide, "jobs" to medical professionals. Im not saying the hospital workers aren't doing their job, but I am saying that more people are being sent there then necessary to churn the matrix, gerbil wheel system.
