How to Grow a Potato Plant from a Potato!

    People say that you have to buy special spudding potatoes to "properly" grow potatoes. This is moronic. All potato plants came from potatoes. Just get a batch of organic potatoes and find the one(s) that have the most growth on their nodes! 

You can let it sit in a window for awhile, and plant it.. Or just plant it! The potato fuels the plants for a long time.
